I first learned about the power of garlic while teaching in Honduras. My fiance’s father suggested me to take one clove after I’d been sick with a cold for several days. That night, I peeled the garlic clove and cut it into smaller, swallowable pieces. Just like a pill, I swallowed the pieces with the help of a glass of water. The next morning, I felt a lot better!
